Our Company ( Argent advisory WLL, Bahrain , which owns the domain www.mystudyzone.com) lets students book the session/s with our tutors with our service through matching appointments.

If after booking the session , you choose to cancel the appointment with a tutor, you will have to let us know either by clicking cancel order or email us at support@mystudyzone.com with subject “Cancel appointment <Date> and <Time> (/…… Range….. ) ” 24 hrs prior to the date and time of your first appointment in case of multiple appointments for 100% refund. We can adjust your appointment to the future in case you are not able to attend with no extra charges , but you have to inform us 24hrs prior. If you notify us within 24hrs of your appointment for the session, we will deduct 50% of the booking amount. In case, you choose not to attend the session and don’t inform us at all, no amount will be refunded and the session will be counted as complete. The tutor is required to wait for 10 minutes while in session for you to come and attend.In case, the tutor is unable to come or cancels the session, the appointment can be adjusted to the future or refunded as appropriate.

We refund the amount through online payment modes to the account details you have given to us. It is your responsibility to give us the right details of your account. In case the details are incorrect , our company is not liable to any losses and will not entertain the request again.The refund shall be credited within reasonable time from the date of the receipt of your request.
